India Covid: Patients dying without oxygen amid Delhi surge

For the fourth time in a row, India has set an unwanted world record for the number of new coronavirus infections: another 349,691 cases in the 24 hours leading up to Sunday morning, another 2,767 people died. The capital Delhi is one of the hardest hit areas. Vikas Pandey from the BBC reports from a city whose hospitals are overwhelmed and whose citizens are desperate.
