Kathie Lee has been very busy since leaving Today and it sounds like she’s really enjoying this new chapter in her life.
The TV personality admitted that without co-host Hoda Kotb and late Live! Co-host Regis Philbin, she felt “lost” but at the end of the day she loves her new life the way it is!
After all, Kathie Lee Gifford has a new rom-com called Then Came You, and this experience of working on it sounds pretty rewarding.
While chatting with Daily Pop’s Justin Sylvester, Kathie Lee shared that she has been very busy since she left Today a year and a half ago, and that her exit still feels like yesterday.
“I don’t even know what the day of the week is since I left the TODAY show. I don’t know what time it is, I don’t know anything. I don’t know my last name. ‘
But the star then made sure her schedule felt good.
The film, also written by Gifford, is about a lonely widow, played by Kathie Lee, who travels around the world with the ashes of her late husband.
In Scotland, however, she gets another chance at love after meeting an innkeeper named Howard, played by Craig Ferguson.
Overall, as a person, Kathie Lee showed that she feels strong, healthy and “internally renewed”.
