NFL draft second and third round highlights, winners and losers

At the start of the third round, the Minnesota Vikings chose Texas A & M’s Kellen Mond, a potential understudy for Kirk Cousins. Then the Houston Texans used their first pick of the entire design for Stanford’s Davis Mills, giving the team another option at the quarterback with Deshaun Watson’s future, the organization being unclear.
